Zillinger Reflexion Gruner Veltliner

On the nose this wine shows dark yellow fruits, tart spicy cider apple and a hint of white pepper as well as some cherrel and tarragon. In the mouth, the wine is initially quite full-body, dense, round and harmonious, but then withdraws in a fascinating way to an almost minimalist core. With well-dosed acidity, noticeable tannins that have a slightly drying character, a deep, slightly chalky minerality and a herbaceous bitter note. All this reverberates on the palate for a long time and makes you want to take the next sip.
