Passori Veneto Rosso

Sourced from the Veneto region and produced from late-harvested grapes of Merlot (≈ 60%) and Corvina. Bunches are partly dried (“appassimento”-style) to concentrate fruit. The wine receives brief oak ageing, adding notes of oak-spice and vanilla.

This wine displays an intense deep ruby red colour with purple highlights. Aromas of plum, raisin, blackberry, and spice-vanilla lead into a palate that is rich and bold, offering very ripe red fruit, soft tannins, and lifted acidity for balance.
