JD Shore Canadian Rum Cream

JD Shore is produced by Halifax Distilling Co., an independent, family-run distillery on the Halifax waterfront. Founded in 2016 by Julie Shore and Arla Johnson, the distillery draws on Julie Shore's family distilling history and Nova Scotia's long connection to rum and rum-running. JD Shore
The distillery makes its JD Shore rum locally using a custom-built small-batch copper still, then blends it with Caribbean rum. Canadian Rum Cream took the team five years to perfect and is bottled at 17% ABV.

Palate: Rich and velvety with vanilla cream, buttery caramel and brown sugar, backed by a subtle molasses-like rum character.
