Sheringham Lemon Liqueur

Sheringham Fresh Lemon Liqueur is produced on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, by Sheringham Distillery. Rather than approaching it as a conventional sweet lemon cordial, co-founder and Master Distiller Jason MacIsaac developed a gin base specifically to complement fresh lemon, giving the finished liqueur more structure and botanical character.

The recipe is intentionally simple, with juniper and lemon at its core. Fresh, tart lemon character is gently sweetened, while the underlying gin contributes a subtle botanical backbone. The result lands somewhere between a fresh lemon liqueur and a citrus-forward gin, with enough acidity to keep the sweetness lively and refreshing.

Suggested Serve & Cocktails
Sheringham's own preferred approach is wonderfully simple: shake it over plenty of ice and enjoy it on its own. For an easy long drink, pour it over ice and top with soda for a bright Lemon Gin Fizz that drinks almost like sparkling adult lemonade.
