ONLINE ORDER

Do you offer shipping?

At this time, we only offer local pick up from BIN 905. Please visit our Craft Cellars Online Store for Canada-wide shipping.

Why does Craft Cellars now have multiple shopping locations?

We've expanded! You can now shop inventory from three unique locations, each with its own selection of products and shopping experience.

  • Craft Cellars 32nd Avenue – In-store pickup, local delivery or Canada-wide shipping
  • Craft Cellars Northland – In-store pickup only
  • BIN 905 by Craft Cellars – In-store pickup only

How can I cancel/change my order?

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order as we begin processing immediately. Orders will not be held or combined. Please ensure that your all information on your order is correct before submitting.  If there are any errors or omissions, you will be responsible for any additional fees.

When will I be charged?

Once you submit your order, a pre-authorized charge will appear on your credit card. We will not capture the charge until we confirm and process your order. A member of our team will contact you if there are any issues with your order.

What are the terms and conditions for discount codes?

Discount code does not apply to already discounted items or orders that have already been received and or shipped prior to this offer being received. Discount codes can only be used online and does not apply to in-store purchases. Craft Cellars reserves the right to exclude certain categories or limit discounts on certain products that may be limited or rare.

PICK-UP

How does local pick-up work?

By selecting local pick up for your online order, you are letting us know that you would like to pick up your order at our Calgary store located at:

2311 4 Street SW, Calgary, ABT2S 0K3

When can I pick up my order?

You will receive an email from Craft Cellars once your order has been completed and is ready for pick-up. Please wait for this email before making a trip to the store to ensure that your order has been completed.

We strive to have orders ready for pickup within 48 hours

Where do I pick up my order?

Once you have arrived at our store, online orders can be picked up at the front desk. Alternatively, please let a member of our team know that you are here to pick up an online order and they will be happy to assist you.

What information do I need to pick up my order?

To ensure that we are releasing the order to the correct person, we do require that you present 1 piece of government issued photo ID. If you are unable to provide valid ID, we will be unable to release your order until proper ID can be presented.

If you are having someone else pick up your order, please enter their full name into the space for notes at checkout. If you have forgotten to add this note, please email info@craftcellars.ca with your order number and the full name of the person picking up your order. We will also require that they present 1 piece of government issued photo ID.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@craftcellars.ca upon receiving your order with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with further instructions at this time if you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Corporate Program

How does my discount work?

When shopping in-store, simply provide our sales associate with the phone number associated with your corporate account, and your discount will be automatically applied to all eligible products. 

When shopping online, you must be logged into your corporate account, and your discount will automatically be applied to all eligible products. Due to system limitations, online discounts may differ slightly from in-store promotions.

Do I receive an additional discount on sale items?

No. Sale items are already discounted and excluded from additional corporate discounting.

Can my corporate discount be combined with the Craft Cellars rewards program?

No. Corporate pricing cannot be combined with any other promotional or rewards programs

Is free delivery available?

Yes. Corporate Wine and Spirits Club orders that exceed $500 qualify for complimentary, local, Calgary delivery to a single delivery location. Some conditions apply.

What happens if our order total is below $500?

If the order does not meet the delivery threshold, a Craft Cellars associate will contact your designated Corporate Wine and Spirits Club administrator to arrange paid delivery or pickup.

Are any products excluded from the corporate discount?

Yes. A small number of highly sought-after, collectible, and minimally allocated products may be excluded from corporate pricing. These exclusions are limited and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

How long will delivery take?

Corporate special offers are distributed on Mondays and will be available until Wednesday at noon. Order delivery can be expected within 7-10 business days from the offer close date. Your Corporate Sales Manager will confirm timelines for larger or time-sensitive orders.

Can my spouse or partner use my corporate discount?

Yes. Authorized users may access the discount by providing the phone number associated with the corporate account in-store or by logging into your corporate account.

Can I return products purchased through the corporate program?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened, undamaged, and in sellable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Can I request delivery outside of the Calgary city limits?

Yes. A delivery charge of $15.00 applies.

How do I sign up/who is eligible?

Signing up is free and easy - head over to this page and fill out the form at the bottom. Once submitted, online purchases will begin accruing points automatically. Please allow 48 hours to use your account in store.
You must provide your name and your phone number, we also highly recommend using your email.

*If you do not provide your email, your online purchases will not collect points.

Your phone number will be your rewards number in store.

How do I earn points?

Once you've signed up, you will earn 10 points for every $1 spent in-store and online. Select products offer 2x and 3x the points, those will be identified with badges online and in-store.

We ARE NOT able to retroactively add points to your account for orders placed before the program launched.

How do I redeem points?

Points are ONLY redeemable in store at either one of our 2 Calgary locations.

5,000 points is equal to $10 off your purchase, and this is the minimum point balance required to redeem.

You may continue to bank points from this point onward and redeem at any time, the points don't expire.

Points are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
