Gérard Tremblay is the 5th generation owner of this domaine in Chablis. Under his ownership, the property has grown from 30 acres to 100 acres, 30 acres being first cru and Grand Cru sites. Gerard is very passionate and a purist. Today, joined by his son Romain, Jean-Claude is transforming his estate composed of 12 hectares, in biodynamic culture. His short range of Chablis is amongst the most highly regarded. Winemaker Tasting Notes: A very fresh, lively and mineral nose. On the palate, its aromas retain for a long time their freshness, their purity. Dry and of perfect finesse, Chablis has a unique and easily identifiable personality.
