Shizuoka Private Cask For Shinanoya Tokyo 2021 is a single cask whisky from the up-and-coming Shizuoka distillery in Japan, released to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the  independent bottler Sansibar. The non-peated whisky was distilled in December 2017 using two pot stills: steam-heated Pot Still K, salvaged from the fabled Karuizawa Distillery, and wood-fired Pot Still W. It then matured for 3 years in ex-bourbon cask #2017-049, before being bottled on 24 May 2021 at 64.6%. Only 231 bottles of Shizuoka Private Cask For Shinanoya Tokyo 2021 have been released.
