Ruinart Rosé NV

Founded in 1729, Ruinart is the oldest established Champagne house and is particularly known for a Chardonnay-driven house style emphasizing freshness and aromatic finesse.

Ruinart Rosé combines 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims with 55% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne. Of the Pinot Noir, 43% is vinified as white wine and 12% as red, giving the cuvée its colour, red-fruit character and delicate structure.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Luminous coral pink with rosewood highlights.
Nose: Pomegranate, lychee and guava with fresh red berries, rose and subtle notes of nutmeg and warm spice.
Palate: Fresh and rounded with juicy red fruit, fine structure and polished texture.
Finish: Elegant and refreshing, with lingering pink grapefruit and peppermint.
