Roseblood Rosé

Roseblood Rosé

Pale rosé, brilliant. Precise bouquet of red berries, rosehip, lime blossom, jasmine, vineyard peach and fresh melon. A lively, juicy attack on the palate, supported by a mineral backbone that lends tension and length. Citrus, fleur de sel and red berries provide freshness and balance. Salty-fresh, long finish. - Falstaff Magazine

Roseblood Rosé 2025

Château d’Estoublon sits on the southern slopes of the Alpilles in Provence, on an estate whose history dates to 1489. The property encompasses roughly 300 hectares and has long been known for both wine and exceptional olive oil, surrounded by the limestone landscapes, vineyards, and olive groves that define this part of Provence. Today, the estate is associated with the Courbit, Prats, and Bruni-Sarkozy families. The Prats connection is particularly notable for fine-wine enthusiasts, as the family formerly owned Bordeaux's celebrated Château Cos d'Estournel. Their involvement has helped position Estoublon and Roseblood firmly within the luxury end of contemporary Provence wine.

Roseblood is the estate's signature Provençal rosé, produced under the Coteaux Varois en Provence AOP.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Pale and luminous rose-water pink, with delicate peach and melon reflections.

Nose: Elegant and precise, opening with linden blossom and jasmine, followed by vineyard peach, freshly cut watermelon, raspberry, and delicate red berries.

Palate: Bright and energetic, with citrus and tangy red berries carried by a pronounced mineral backbone. There is enough ripe fruit to give the wine texture and generosity, while vibrant acidity and minerality maintain the taut, elegant style expected of premium Provence rosé.

Finish: Long, refreshing, and distinctly saline, with lingering citrus, red berries, and mineral freshness.
