Lindemans Oude Gueuze

Lindemans has produced lambic in Vlezenbeek, in the heart of Pajottenland, since 1822 and remains a sixth-generation family brewery. Traditional lambic relies on spontaneous fermentation from naturally occurring yeasts and microorganisms native to the Senne River Valley.

Oude Gueuze Cuvée René is created by blending lambics of different ages, traditionally one, two and three years old, matured in large oak foeders. The blend undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle, creating its natural carbonation and layered sour, funky character.
