Journey's End Honey Bee Chenin-Viognier

Journey’s End Vineyards is a family-owned estate located in Stellenbosch, South Africa, where vineyards benefit from cooling ocean breezes and diverse soils that support balanced ripening and concentrated flavours. The winery is recognized not only for quality-focused winemaking but also for its strong emphasis on sustainability, conservation, and community initiatives.

The Honey Bee range was inspired by the important role bees play in vineyard ecosystems and biodiversity. The blend combines Chenin Blanc’s natural freshness and acidity with Viognier’s aromatic richness and texture, creating a wine that is both lively and approachable.

Fruit is harvested in the early morning to preserve freshness and aromatics. Fermentation takes place primarily in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to maintain purity of fruit and floral expression. The winemaking approach focuses on balance and drinkability, allowing both varietals to complement one another without excessive oak influence.
