Hills & Harbour Gin is made tasty by the forests & coastlines of Galloway.Noble Fir foraged from the Galloway Forests and Bladderwrack Seaweed from the Solway Firth are combined with 9 other botanicals to create this smooth and vibrant gin.Hills & Harbour is a true grain to glass craft gin with the wheat base spirit being made in the distillery from local grain. This adds a smooth mouth feel and a delicate flavour to the base of the gin.
