Cracking Craigellachie joins the Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection. This Speyside single malt was distilled in 2012 and spent a decade maturing in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt. It was bottled in 2023, with an outturn of 610 bottles. Nose: Cinder toffee, raisins, dates, candied citrus, and oaky spice. Palate: Warm, toasted oak, with a touch of furniture polish, treacle tart, dark chocolate, and baking spices. Finish: Some orchard fruit, with peppery spice. -Master of Malt
