The Cask Orkney 18 years old comes from the independent bottler AD Rattray, who fills and markets various single malts under the Cask series. The 18-year-old Cask Orkney also marks the first bottling in the series with an indication of age. Since it is a peated and slightly smoky Orkney bottling. It was stored in ex-Bourbon barrels for 18 years. This creates a fruity, soft single malt with a subtle smoky note and a little salt. The Cask Orkney 18 years is uncolored and unfiltered with 46.0% vol. bottled. The edition is limited and will then disappear from the market.
