Bundaberg Rum

Bundaberg UP Rum is the original product which goes by many names including Liquid Gold, Cane Champagne, Bundy, and the Square Bear. Over 97% of Bundaberg UP Rum is enjoyed in Australia. First distilled in 1888, the current day master distillers still follow the same time honoured process as the founders. Grown in the fertile soil around the Bundaberg region, the finest cane is sent to Sugar Mill next door to the distillery where it is processed. Molasses the sweet rich product by-product of the refining process is then fermented, double distilled, and sealed away to age in large oak vats housed Bonds around the site.
