Bruichladdich The Organic 2011 11 Year Old

Released in summer 2022, this 11-year-old Bruichladdich Organic 2011 joins a long line of deservedly popular organic whiskies from the Islay distillery, who have been distilling organic barley since 2003 and bottled their first organic whisky in 2009. Now part of Bruichladdichs core range, Bruichladdich Organic is an ongoing series of vintage organic whiskies using organic barley sourced from across Scotland, as Islay has no organic-registered barley producers. Bruichladdich Organic 2011 11-year-old was distilled with barley from Mid Coul farm in the Scottish highlands and has been bottled at 50% without colouring or chill filtration after 11 years of maturation in first fill ex-bourbon casks, giving the whisky a delicious combination of fruity and vanilla fudge flavours.
