Barrel # #8039978 Craft Cellars Hand Picked Barrel- Kentucky- Bottled at 102 proof, the Yellowstone Hand Picked Collection is a unique Single Barrel bourbon. The historic Yellowstone brand was created in the 1870s by J.B. Dant at the Gethsemane Distillery. Yellowstone was distilled at Heaven Hill for a while, and has been produced at the new Limestone Branch Distillery since 2015. The distillery was founded by Steve and Paul Beam, descendants of both Jim Beam and J.W. Dant. Only 252 bottles of this Yellowstone Single Barrel Hand Picked Collection have been released.
