Crafted from locally grown barley, this Canadian Single Malt is an ode to the iconic Scottish spirit. Product Notes Alcohol: 47.5% Alc./Vol. Aged: Minimum 5 Years Mash Bill: 100% Alberta Malted Barley Barrel Profile: 53 Gallon - Ex-Bourbon, White American Oak Distillation Method: 500L Alembic Copper Pot Still Non-Chill Filtered. Natural Colour. Crafted with traditional methods, this whisky was milled, mashed, fermented, distilled and aged by Wild Life Distillery in Canmore. Nothing bought, nothing compromised. The nose offers notes of marzipan, vanilla, candied apricot, and poached pear. The palate brings delicate oak, sweet barley malt, and a wisp of white chocolate. A lengthy finish of fresh leather and soft tannin round out this beautiful dram, meant to be sipped slowly and enjoyed.
