The Irishman 2023 Vintage Cask harmoniously marries the excellence of triple-distilled aged single malt and aged single pot still whiskies. This exceptional whiskey matured in former American oak ex-Bourbon barrels and is presented at its natural cask strength. Nose: Green fruits: apple & pear; decadent spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Palate: Sweet apple blossom, wild honeycomb and nutty spice, walnut, chocolate and toasted oak.
