The Establishment - Pattern of Mind Imperial NEIPA

Right off the hop, we’ve been exclusively using Foggy London for all our hazy pops. But something else we’ve always done is experiment and the time was ripe for us to relinquish a modicum of control when it comes to the yeast variable. And so, today’s the day we launch our first foray into multi-yeast IPAs!We tapped two of our favourite yeasts to engage in a bit of a team lift on the fermentation front: Foggy London, our old faithful, and Thiol Libre, our new flame out of @escarpmentlabs. This is our 3rd IPA in a row using Thiol Libre, mind you—so we guess you could call it a bit of a pattern, one with a highly tropical motif.Don’t try to act cool, guarantee your own peace of mind by snagging Pattern of Mind from the taproom or the cold craft section of your favourite-est stockist.
