The fragrance is glamorous and mellow, with hints of apple, yellow peach, apricot, quince, and fragrant olive balanced by green bamboo, rice flour, and sakura mochi. The soft sweetness leaves a mellow impression that melts into mild tartness and leaves a mineral aftertaste. This was one of the first Daiginjo sakes that created the category of sakes that taste great chilled.When we first started selling it, there were almost no sakes meant to be enjoyed chilled.This is a lovely sake with Hyogo flavors that have been loved for over 40 years.
