You can literally feel 90 days of bottled 26 degree weather, sunshine and wind, all tolled and toiled inside a varietal wine that just acts exactly as it should. The honeyed litchi notes mixed with candied rose petals and sweet botanicals make this a cocktail of its own accord. No its not a dessert wine and sushi is the obvious other pairing but a glass with a bowl of fresh local strawberries would be so nice. Or foie gras. Whatever floats your boat.
