Blend : 40% Muscat, 40% Riesling, 20% Pinot Gris Softly light yellow glares the blend Alsace One 2017 in the glass. On the nose first of all fresh and mineral, light notes of fruity lychee, paired with exotic flavours. The palate follows with fresh fruit flavours, a dynamic acidity plays around the tongue, balanced with plenty of extract and a pleasantly light, racy body. The long spicy finish has a fancy touch of acidity. Food Pairing: Stewed halibut with herbs, grilled pineapple, aperitif, pizza, light chicken dishes, burger.
