Parajes Del Valle Orange Wine 750ML

Parajes del Valle is a Spanish winery focused on sustainable viticulture and authentic regional expression, working primarily with organically farmed vineyards in southeastern Spain. The winery emphasizes low-intervention practices and indigenous grape varieties, producing wines that reflect both the landscape and traditional winemaking heritage of the region.

This orange wine is crafted from white grapes fermented with extended skin contact — a technique dating back thousands of years that gives the wine its characteristic amber hue, added texture, and subtle tannic grip. The warm Mediterranean climate allows for excellent ripening while cooler nighttime temperatures help preserve freshness and aromatic lift.

Fermentation typically occurs with native yeasts and minimal intervention, often in stainless steel or neutral vessels to maintain purity and vineyard character. Limited filtration and restrained use of additives help preserve the wine’s natural texture and complexity.

The result is a vibrant and food-friendly wine that bridges the gap between white and red wine styles.

Aromatic notes of dried citrus peel, apricot, orange blossom, and stone fruit layered with hints of tea leaf, herbs, and gentle spice.

Long, dry, and refreshing with lingering citrus zest, subtle spice, and earthy undertones.

Cellaring & Pairings

Cellaring
Best enjoyed within 2–4 years of vintage, though additional bottle age may further develop savoury complexity.
