From Douglas Laings marvellous Old Particular range of independently bottled whiskies comes a rather stunning single cask, single malt distilled by Jura. Back in March 1992, they filled hogshead #10362 with their single malt and left it to mature. 22 years later, in May 2014, the cask was cracked open and the wonderfully complex Island whisky was bottled with an outturn of 282 bottles.
