The Mannochmore 27 year old 1993/2021 is bottled by the independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail and belongs to the newly launched Connoisseurs Choice series, which is now also bottled at cask strength. The packaging is darker than the Connoisseurs Choice range with 46.0%. The Mannochmore was stored for 27 years in a First Fill Sherry Puncheon with barrel number 6730. The 525 bottles were filled on February 22, 2021. The Mannochmore 27 year old 1993/2021 G&M Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength is bottled in its natural form: it is not chill-filtered and uncoloured with a strong 52.3% vol. Barrel strength pulled onto the bottles and thus offers the unadulterated taste experience.
