Who is Lost Lantern Whiskey? Lost Lantern is a new independent bottler of American whiskey, founded in 2018 by Adam Polonski (formerly of Whisky Advocate) and Nora Ganley-Roper (formerly of Astor Wine & Spirits) after being inspired by the long tradition of independent bottlers in Scotland. Lost Lantern seeks out unique and exciting whiskies being made across the United States and bottles them under the Lost Lantern label as single casks and blends, with a full commitment to transparency.After two years, Adam and Nora are finally ready to introduce Lost Lantern’s first bottling: American Vatted Malt Edition No. 1, a 12 barrel blend of American single malts from six distilleries, aged for a minimum of two years and bottled non-chill filtered and of natural color at 105 proof (52.5% ABV).
