Lochlea Fallow Edition - 2nd Crop

Our limited-edition seasonal releases showcase our household style across the year, with each season being celebrated through the selection of different casks. ‘Fallow Edition (Second Crop) is inspired by the season of autumn on the farm, when the fields are left fallow to rest and recuperate after a busy harvest. Matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, this beautiful autumnal dram opens with notes of manuka honey and golden syrup on the nose, followed by warming layers of sweetly spiced ginger candy and ground coffee beans on the palate. It sits at 46% ABV and, as with all Lochlea whiskies, is non-chill filtered and natural colour.
