Kettle Valley Hayman Pinot Noir

In 2012, we lost a good friend in John Levine. John was a real inspiration to us over many years, our very first customer, and he certainly knew and loved his wines. In memory of John we have renamed this single vineyard Hayman Pinot Noir as Hayman “John’s Block”. The grapes were hand picked on October 2, 2021 at approximately 24.7 brix. The wine has gone through a full malolactic fermentation and was aged in French oak for 20 months before being bottled. This is a limited bottling of a single vineyard Pinot Noir. Total production: 80 cases of 750ml bottles.
