A total of 880 bottles were drawn from the cask in 2023, joining the independent Hepburn’s Choice collection. Nose: Zesty layers of marmalade, runny caramel, and honeyed barley. Palate: Sweet candied citrus and floral honey lead the way, with a touch of ginger, and biscuity malt beneath. Finish: Soft oaken spices arrive for the finish, with honeyed sultanas, runny toffee, and a touch of pithy orange peel.
