Green Spot Quails Gate Irish Whiskey

Green Spot Quails’ Gate is a limited edition Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey matured in bourbon and sherry casks and finished in Pinot Noir wine casks from Quails’ Gate Winery. Aromas of “oak, ripe cherry, fresh raspberry, apple, sweet pear, woodland spices, sweet vanilla, and red wine.” The palate has “a silky and sweet mouthcoating texture” and notes of “dried cranberries, red apple, clove spice, grated nutmeg, succulent fruits, seasoned oak, and crisp barley.” It concludes with “the toasted wood and pot still spices gently fading” and “the fruits and red wine seasoning taking the final blow.”
