Cask: Sherry Hogshead (Only 271 bottles released)ABV: 64.4% (Cask Strength) Tasting Note : Here are some notes from the Bob Kyle (the source) from Scotland:“....on the palate immediately I get strawberries and cream served with a burning stick of barley sugar. There are Fireworksin the mouth and the taste continues long after the fireworks have gone. Lots of creamy barley but this whisky needs to sit inthe glass and wait for its owner (rare drammer) to come along. Another wee sip brings out the power of the dram...but asecond sip shows the whisky whos boss…it’s the whisky.....ha ha.”
