The single malt whiskey spent its cask aging in Sherry Butt 533 from 2007 to 2022. The distillery bottled the Scotch at cask strength at 60.3 percent by volume. As a natural Scotch, it also comes without coloring and chill filtration. There are just 613 bottles to buy. Nose : The whiskey fills the nose with strong notes of sherry and oak. Behind are raises and oranges. Tasting: The Glenfarclas Family Casks 2007 Cask 533 lies on the tongue with a complex aroma. It tastes like raises and dates. Orange peel and chocolate come through. Behind are walnuts and oak. Finish: The finish is long-lasting. The Scotch says goodbye with a lasting sweetness. It also leaves peppery-spicy impressions.
