The single malt whisky spent its cask aging in Sherry Butt 6651 from 1995 to 2022. The distillery bottled the Scotch at cask strength at 58.2% by volume. As a natural Scotch, it also comes without coloring and chill filtration. Nose: The single malt whisky fills the nose with sweet and fruity impressions. He smells of pears and apples. Behind it lies spicy oak wood. Tasting: The Glenfarclas Family Casks 1995 Cask 6651 feels creamy on the tongue. It tastes sweet and spicy. White pepper is presence. Behind are plums and apples. Oak leads to the finish. Finish: The finish is long-lasting. The Scotch says goodbye with spicy oak. It also leaves notes of ginger.
