Sourced from old-vine vineyards across the Barossa Valley, the blend combines Shiraz and Grenache—two varieties that thrive in the region’s warm climate. Shiraz contributes depth, structure, and dark fruit, while Grenache adds brightness, red fruit, and softness.

Fermentation is carried out with attention to preserving fruit purity, followed by ageing in seasoned oak barrels to allow integration without overwhelming the wine’s natural character. The style emphasizes balance, drinkability, and regional expression.
