Galipette Cidre Biologique

Galipette is dedicated to producing authentic French ciders inspired by the traditions of Normandy and Brittany, regions renowned for centuries of cider-making expertise. The brand focuses on showcasing the natural character of carefully selected cider apples while embracing sustainable and environmentally conscious production methods.

Cidre Biologique is crafted exclusively from certified organic apples grown in French orchards. A blend of sweet, bittersweet, and acidic apple varieties is used to create balance and complexity, reflecting the traditional approach to French cidre production.

Following harvest, the apples are pressed and fermented slowly to preserve their natural aromas and flavours. The fermentation process develops the cider’s characteristic freshness, subtle tannic structure, and layered fruit character while maintaining a refined and approachable style.

The result is a naturally expressive organic cider that balances authenticity, refreshment, and elegant fruit complexity.
