Finglassie 5 Years Rest & Be Thankful Small Batch #1

The Finglassie 2017/2022 bridges the gap between Islay and the small-batch bottlings of Rest & Be Thankful. The Lowland Single Malt comes from the InchDairnie Distillery, which opened in 2015. North of Edinburgh, they use innovative methods to distill a fruity, pleasantly floral-grassy raw brandy - also made from peat malt under the name Finglasie. In Islay Whiskey Casks and Oloroso Sherry Butts, Rest & Be Thankful creates an exciting whiskey with peat, campfire smoke, sherry orange, dark chocolate and muesli.
