Elderton E Series Unoaked Chardonnay

Elderton Wines is a family-owned winery based in the Barossa Valley, known for its focus on estate-grown fruit and traditional winemaking. The E Series represents an accessible range designed to highlight varietal character in a clean, approachable style.

This Chardonnay is sourced from South Australian vineyards, where warm conditions allow for full flavour development. Unlike many traditional styles, this wine is unoaked, meaning fermentation and ageing occur entirely in stainless steel. This approach preserves freshness, natural acidity, and the pure expression of the grape, without added influence from oak.
