The aroma opens with vibrant orchard fruit—ripe pear and red apple—melded with Madagascan vanilla, warming cinnamon, and delicate rose-water florals. The journey continues on the palate with rich butterscotch, tarte-tatin, dark cacao, red liquorice and soft wood spice, elevated further by cardamom, Seville orange zest and a hint of green tea.
The finish lingers in elegance, leaving notes of dried apricot, ripe blackberry, freshly baked brioche and a gentle cassia-bark warmth. Serve neat in a tulip-shaped or Glencairn glass to allow the full depth of aroma and flavour to unfold; a few drops of water can help open citrus and spice layers further.
