Celler Bartolome Clos Bartolome

Celler Bartolomé is a small, quality-focused Spanish winery dedicated to producing terroir-driven wines that showcase regional character and meticulous craftsmanship. Working with low-yield vineyards and carefully selected fruit, the winery emphasizes balance, concentration, and authenticity in its winemaking approach.

Clos Bartolomé is produced from mature vineyard parcels planted in mineral-rich soils that naturally limit yields and enhance flavour intensity. Mediterranean growing conditions, including warm days and cooler evenings, support full phenolic ripeness while helping preserve freshness and structure.

The wine is crafted from traditional Spanish grape varieties, with fermentation carried out under controlled temperatures to maintain aromatic precision and fruit purity. Extended maceration helps develop depth and texture, while maturation in oak barrels contributes integration, spice, and complexity without overwhelming the wine’s core fruit profile.
The resulting style is layered and refined, offering both immediate appeal and aging potential.
