GROWN, FERMENTED, DISTILLED, aged, and bottled in Alberta, this Sherry Casked Single Malt Whisky was specially barreled just days before the Pandemic and sat, forgotten, till we unearthed it during our warehouse expansion. This rare barrel cask-strength release is powerful and unfiltered, delivering unmistakable richness. On the nose, a warm embrace of baking spices — cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and allspice — mingles with a touch of almond, evoking the comfort of freshly baked sugar cookies dusted with brown sugar. The palate unfolds with notes of figs, prunes, and luscious baked stone fruits, layered with creamy vanilla.
