From the Dasti region in Italian Piedmont, a naturally sweet and sparkling wine called Moscato Dasti is made from the Moscato Bianco variety, which is fermented until it reaches approximately 5 degrees of alcohol. This is a wine with a bright straw yellow color and dense perlage. The welcoming aroma is reminiscent of fresh fruit, orange blossom, rose and musk, while on the palate it offers a never cloying sweetness and a persistent aromatic return. 5.5%abv
