Produced by Bardstown Bourbon Company in Bardstown, Kentucky, this expression is part of the distillery's acclaimed Collaborative Series, a collection dedicated to exploring unique partnerships with world-class producers across the beverage industry. For this release, Bardstown partnered with Chicago's Goose Island Beer Co., utilizing barrels that previously held Bourbon County Brand Stout, one of the most influential barrel-aged stouts in the craft beer world.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, vanilla bean, caramelized sugar, toasted oak, dried cherry, and cocoa powder rise from the glass with hints of baking spice and malt sweetness.

Palate: Rich and full-bodied with layers of espresso, milk chocolate, toffee, dark caramel, roasted nuts, cinnamon, brown sugar, and subtle dark fruit balanced by bourbon sweetness and gentle oak spice.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering notes of mocha, cocoa nibs, charred oak, vanilla cream, roasted malt, and soft baking spices.
