Double Cask is a remarkable combination of expertise and passion. A rare collectable rum, and the first ever cask finished release. Master Distiller Dr. Joy Spence has flawlessly united two worlds: the tropical paradise of Jamaica and the misty Scottish Speyside region. In the warm, tropical weather of Jamaica this fine rum was aged for eight long years in American white oak casks. Only then was it ready to be finished in barrels that previously held Joys favorite prized 18 Year Old Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Delicately spiced fruit twisted with dried honeyed raisins, caramel and sweet vanilla.
