Corto di Passo Grillo

Corto di Passo is a Sicilian label focused on approachable wines that express the warmth and coastal influence of southern Italy. Grillo, originally associated with Marsala production, has become one of Sicily’s most important white varieties due to its ability to retain freshness in hot climates while developing aromatic intensity.

The vineyards benefit from abundant sunshine and cooling Mediterranean breezes, helping the grapes achieve full ripeness while preserving acidity. Fermentation is typically carried out in stainless steel to maintain aromatic purity and freshness, with no oak influence. The style emphasizes clean fruit expression and easy drinkability.
