Trentadue Viognier Port 500mL

Trentadue Winery is a family-owned Sonoma producer established in Alexander Valley in 1959. The winery began experimenting with fortified wines in 1987 and has since developed a particular reputation for its dessert-wine program.

Viognier Port began as an experimental bottling around 2000. The fruit has traditionally been sourced from Russian River Valley, where Viognier develops the ripe stone-fruit and floral aromatics suited to this rich style. The wine is fortified during fermentation, retaining natural sweetness while increasing richness and structure.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Rich golden yellow.

Nose: Apricot, grilled pineapple and mango with vanilla, butterscotch and caramel.

Palate: Full and sweet, with concentrated tropical and stone fruit, creamy texture and warm vanilla-oak notes.

Finish: Rich and persistent, with lingering apricot, caramel and tropical fruit.
