Musella Fibio Pinot Bianco

Musella is a historic estate in San Martino Buon Albergo, Veneto, farming vineyards east of Verona with a strong focus on biodynamic viticulture. Fibio has been Demeter certified since its first vintage in 2014.

The wine is 100% Pinot Bianco from a small vineyard planted in 2012 on the hill between Montorio and the Illasi Valley. After gentle pressing, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation before spending approximately one year in concrete eggs. It is bottled unfiltered, preserving texture and varietal character without oak influence.

Colour: Bright straw yellow.

Nose: Yellow apple, ripe pear and citrus with white flowers and subtle mineral notes.

Palate: Fresh and textured, with orchard fruit, lively acidity and gentle savoury depth.

Finish: Clean and persistent, with citrus, mineral notes and a lightly saline edge
