Bender Beernauslese 375mL

Based in Leiwen in the Mosel Valley, Andreas Bender works primarily with the region’s steep vineyards and is particularly known for Riesling ranging from dry through intensely sweet styles. His sweet wines benefit from the Mosel’s naturally high acidity, which helps balance substantial residual sugar and gives them excellent longevity.

Colour: Rich golden yellow.

Nose: Candied apricot, honey and ripe stone fruit with orange peel and gentle spice.

Palate: Intensely sweet and concentrated, with apricot, peach and citrus balanced by bright Mosel acidity.

Finish: Long and fresh, with lingering honey, candied fruit and mineral notes.
