Introducing The Dalmore Constellation Collection The Dalmore Constellation Collection brings together, for the first time, a spectrum of natural cask strength vintages created in our iconic Highland distillery between the years 1964 and 1992. These magnificent, bold whiskies have spent their lives finessing in the finest casks from around the world. Colour Flashes of fire gold and amber with glows of glazed toffee apple. Nose Roasted hazelnuts, rich Colombian coffee and fresh dates with whispers of Cuban cigars, followed by a wave of hot mulled wine, damson, dark chocolate, sweet raisins and black toffee. Taste Muscovado, Demerara sugar, crushed almonds and over ripe pineapple, with a faint sprinkling of coconut, maple syrup, tangerines and tangy liquorice.
