Strathearn Highland Single Malt - Inaugural Release

Douglas Laing & Co acquired Strathearn Distillery in 2019. It is located in Highland Perthshire and is one of Scotland’s smallest Distilleries. The whisky is produced by hand, rather than an automated distillation process which involves touch, taste, smell, sight and sound. The scale of production equates to no more than a barrel of spirit produced each day. Strathearn uniquely uses Maris Otter malt to produce a creamy, malty new make spirit.
